I've Read on the internet that mones in a pill is pretty strong too? i'm not too sure about this topic.. and i

cant find the site anymore... I guess My question is that is it true about the pills aswell? are they "better" than

spray-on's? the site was going on about how pill versions stimulate your very own mones and bring them out so its

i'm still going with chikara cuz i know damm well that my own body doesn't
