View Full Version : Order Number: 29397 Tracking number doesn't work

The item(s) shipped on the 17th, and it is now the 24th.
I have recieved a tracking number,

which the shipping company has no record of, nor have I recieved the package.

I just wanted to ask if the

tracking number I recieved was correct and confirmed to be working.

There is also one other hiccup. One of the

letters in my street address is in the wrong spot. I don't know how much of a problem this poses.
I emailed Tammy

direct (replied to an email) and I'm not sure if it was appropriate to use that address. I appologize if I should

refrain.

I know you folks are very busy, but if there is anything you can do I would very much appreciate

it.

That's OK to reply to her directly.

I'm guessing she has it figured out by now, but if you haven't heard from her, you can email me and I'll look it

up. No sense in both of us doing it, but I'll send her a copy of your post here.

EDIT: I stopped by my local usps today and inquired about the address mispelling, and they said it

wouldn't be a problem as it only affects the shipment once its in my city, and they're all familiar with the

streets etc so they'd figure that one out right away.

I got your email and forwarded that

on to Tammy as well as the copy of your forum post earlier in the day.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect a mispelling in

your address to cause a problem with your postman as long as your name is on the package.

She syas there was an error and it has been resolved. Tracking info will be up tomorrow.
Maybe it

will arrive tomorrow too!!:cheers:
