Where to apply SOE? A-none buildup?

Hi, everyone. I'm new here and ordered my SOE gel just recently.

The instructions on the package

says to apply to pulse points on neck and wrists. however, I remember to have read that A-nol will eventually be

turned into A-none, which I believe would be unfavorable to me.

The question is, if applied on my skin and get

absorbed, will there be an A-none buildup? or should i just apply SOE on my hair or clothes?

answers in this forum to this question. Breakdown time is debatable, but the best solution is to properly wash

yourself at the end of the night to prevent build up.
