Do the pheromone bottles smell?

Maybe a

dumb question, but I hope not.Because this would totally suck. Imagine you open the package and it directly smells

like the locker-room of a football team. And are the bottles sealed? Is EW for example sealed or how do you know

it's new?
Just to be sure that somebody who sells them didn't open them and replace it with something else.

I have two bottles minimum

of EW on the go at any one time, as it is my biggest stand-alone pheromone product, and believe me, it permeates

through all the packaging when it is shipped.

Even although I have it along with all my other pheromones, in a

very cool, dark drawer and inside a locked and lined Aromatherapy case for the purpose of storage, it is the first

thing that hits my nose when I open the drawer.

Yes, EW can definitely be smelled, even when the bottle is

tightly closed.

Since it's hard to produce a

100% sealed bottle, most of them will let some smell out. In addition, sprays will always leave some residue in the

"button" and the bottle itself after applied, though it'll faint with time. In the case of mail-sent bottles, they

can leak during the trip.

In either case, it's nothing that can't be easily avoided by storing them in a

box or stove. ;)

Sure it's not the best example, but my 3 Impi bottle leaked a little during their trip

(maybe some 4,000 miles), and after I opened the package, it was enough to keep my whole room and part of the

apartment strongly scented for 2 days straight (yes, windows open). Not a totally bad thing, since they really smell

good, but I had long time not seen my sister so happy and active for two days straight (oops). :P Same for a friend

of hers who came for lunch yesterday (hmmmm).

I washed all bottles the moment I took them out the package,

and yesterday morning I took part of the packaging to my car to try to "cleanse" the house - and get some scent to

the car itself, of course. ;) There's still a residual smell in the room, and the closet's drawer where I've put

the bottles in are quite scented, but if I wanted the smell to go out, I'd just close the drawer. :)

EW, I can smell through the bottle, through the ziplok bag the bottle

is in, through the backback the ziplok back is in.

order a bottle of EW and the whole package smells so bad that maybe even the mailman might be irritated by it, is

this possible? :eek:
How does EW smell like? Does it smell disgusting?

How are these pheromones produced anyway?

Are they synthetic? Or do they get them from animals?
