SOE Defective roll-on???

Hi all,

I

just received my first bottle of roll-on SOE.

I think the roller ball thing is defective. Is it supposed to

roll or move in any way? My top does not. It is very hard to get the oil to come out as well. I have to push very

hard on the ball to get just a drop of SOE and then the ball does not roll.

Is this a defective bottle?

Sounds defective to me. The ball

should roll freely. You could try prying the entire top off and washing it with very hot water, but if that

doesn't work or you just don't want to mess with it, send it back and get another one.
