View Full Version : Order I placed - no confirmation email

I've been trying to email love scent support yesterday but kept getting the message returned as "undeliverable"

(sent to support(at)love-scent(dot)com) so I'm having to send my query via the message board. Here is the issue

I've been having:

I just placed an order yesterday for a friend for the following early Sunday morning:

PCC (1)
Xcite Wipes (18)
SOE Gel Packs (7)

My online bank statement shows that the order was

processed against my card:

09-17 *DEBIT AUTHORIZATION,,,,$ 71.90

I did not receive a confirmation

email for this order and still have not. Can you check and confirm that you received the order. I can send my name

etc if you can give me an email that I can contact without getting the "undeliverable" error. Thanks.

I got a CC of an email from Tammy

saying the order that goes with that transaction went through fine. I know it is the same order because of the info

from your bank statement. I am going to delete that and the email address for security reasons, but your order is

fine. Don't worry.
