Im
shattered.... Now only 8 planets in our solar system, not 9. Our world is getting smaller...
I wonder if
pheromones would work on pluto, with the low gravity and no atmosphere, they would disperse better: My theory.

.... Now only 8
planets in our solar system, not 9.
It was either that or 10 planets. Sad, sad thing.

Sad, sad
thing.
Stupid, stupid thing is more like it. Why did they even need to do this?
Somebody
needs to get laid (besides me, I mean).

I haven't seen the final result,
but they were debating either adding a 10th planet or creating a new object (Plutoids) for the 2 of 'em.

To throw a wrench
into things, the Hindus worship nine planets. But they are the Sun, Moon, Mars, Venus Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn,
Rahu, and Ketu. Rahu and Ketu are actually aspects of the moon. The mythology behind this is a snake once devoured
the moon, then passed it through its body.
Worse than dropping Pluto, I heard on MSNBC that at Oprah
Winfrey's alma mater (don't remember the school name), astronomers there have discovered a new planet and want to
name it after her.
I'm truly starting to believe we are at the end times with things like this.

That's actually kind of fitting.
Does the atmosphere contain a lot of hot air?

Hey this is my area !
I have
to say the true ! it's all about 'economy'. Pluto does not contributes economically for the 'blue planet' solar
system.

contributes economically for the 'blue planet' solar system.
Not an expert...you lost me there. What
does that mean.
I'm pretty pissed about the whole thing. lol. I'm sure there'll be a bring back Pluto
movement soon if one hasn't already been started.

It all seems like major wanking if
you ask me.
Why was it (relatively) suddenly determined that Pluto isn't fit to be called a
planet?
What's next, a Solar Federation?

Dude, pluto is so popular. No
one even ever talks about Neptune, might as well get rid of that one too.
:) Why don't we get rid other things
too. Like the letter q, who really ever uses that letter. When playing scrabble it is too hard to make a word with a
"q" if you don't have a "u". It's so frustrating.

If they give Neptune the boot,
I'm gonna kick some asses.
"You can't hang with us. You're too big and blue and gassy." Fuck that shit.

Pluto was my fav planet, after
mars, its the only planet you can actually stand on, the rest are balls of gas!
I think this was a publicity
stunt, a bunch of relatively low paid astronomers have a meeting in prague to strip pluto of its membership?! People
do anything for attention...

If you
don't count mercury and venus.

Did he mean that after Mars it's
the only planet you can stand on?
You could stand on the rocky cores of Jupiter and Saturn. I wouldn't
recommend it, but you could.

Working under that kind of pressure always gets me down.

If you don't
count mercury and venus.
...should have clarified, I meant after mars, as in, going outward from the
sun...
Ofcourse, if you dont include all the moons that are rocky along the way...
Anyone here into
Astromonmy? Any amatuer astronomers?

No argument here. You'd think it was something that really

You could say the same about the scientists who wasted all that time deciding whether or not to
frigging demote Pluto.
They could have spent those precious hours jelqing instead!
If they kick
out "Ur-anus" then Im kicking some anus.
 Word up!
