Forum times out

Don't know if the Forum

is run from the same server as the store (reason for a new thread), but it seems to be having a problem. I've had

it time out 5 times this morning. I know my bandwith is good. (Heck, I've go an OC-12 connection out!-just as a

test when it timed out, I would immediately call up another web site in another window, instant connection)

Other

times this morning connected almost instantly.

I finally had that happen to me too

recently. It could be the server, but more likely the entire network where it is hosted. It happens everywhere

from time to time. I get automatic warnings about connectivity issues affecting performance from a couple of

server/systems we interact with and they probably pop up a couple of times per week each if not more. Both are

highly respected companies. Not that we are, but, hey, it happens to everybody.
