Wierd Message

Hello, I was just

wondering what this message means...

"Preparing [PayPal IPN]" it is under order status and it is Order Number:

25215.

Heres the thing, when I first was going to get this order, there was a problem with my CC and therefore

was unable to purchase it and then I decided to try through paypal. Nothing worked so I just decided that I did not

want this order.

I got the problem sorted out and ordered a few different products which they are on the way. Is

there a way I could cancel the old order and is it even being sent or just waiting for me to do

something?

An order that remains with that

status ""preparing Payal etc etc" for more than a few minutes is a failed PayPal order attempt. I will cancel that

one for you, but it doesn't really cause any problems anyway. It wouldn't ship without payment. Email me if

there are any further problems with it, but I don't think you need to worry about it.

well I read in the forums that there was unscented, however, when I went to purchase a gel pack there was no option

to choose scented or unscented...

How do I know which one I got since it was already shipped :sad:

You can be 100% sure you are getting

the scented version. We don't make the unscented version any more. :-)
