APC/NPA mix question

I add 3 parts of APC for 1 part of NPA. Is that a good combination? Sometimes the smell of the NPA is stronger, but i find if i shake before each use, the APC takes over and it smells good. Some people really like the smell and some don\'t. How do you use your mixture?

Were you trying to create the JB#1 mix or just creating a mix of your own? If the former, I thought the JB#1 mix was more accurately stated as 70% APC with 30% NPA. Wouldn\'t 3 parts APC to 1 part NPA as you described be more like 75% APC to 25% NPA?? When I measured my mixes I preferred to go with Jambat\'s precise ratio of 70%:30% and it has worked exceptionally well for me. Just thought I\'d mention this in case your mix does not yield positive results.
