supposed to last 1 application?

Gel packs as a general rule are a

one or two application kinda thing.If you read through the forums you will find that some folks use a whole package

in one application and others have been able to stretch a single package for several uses.It just depends on what

you think works best for you.I would recomend starting with a smallish amount and working up from there(assuming

that you have several gel packs to experiment with.)I typicaly use a half a gel pack of any product to start.
