Hey girl, great to see you (if you

are for real  ). Guess you heard there was some whack job from the west coast posing as you?

Good to see

you back- hope you aren't too wet from the storms.:wub:

Yes, I did hear about that!

How very, very odd, wasn't it?

My electricity was off from Sunday evening until last night because the boiler

room was flooded. It was hot and sticky for a few nights.

The weather was humid, too.

We've been humid too. Something

about Augest weather in June (normally the cloudiest month of the year in San Diego.). Humid air streaming up from

the Gulf of Mexico.

Great to see

you, too, Holmes! Love your avatar. Who is that?

Thanx. It's ex-Miles Davis drummer Tony

Williams.

How've you been for the last couple of years? That is, if I am speaking to the real FTR and

not an ersatz one.

I'm ok. A bit of a rough

patch, three close loved ones have stage 4 cancer, although I saw one of them today and in one more chemo, they'll

see if he's in remission. (I know, right? "Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?") Work is fine,

still at the same firm (legal secretary), reading a lot, enjoying living quietly. I go to New York every once in

awhile to visit friends.

It's me, I swear it. Ask Belgareth. Or Bruce, for that matter!

Holmes, I feel like

we're veterans.
