Only got 18 of the 38 gel packs ordered

I just received my package in the mail today.

This is the fourth time I've bought

from love-scent and the first time I've encountered a problem. Its probably a mix up or an accident that this

happened but I'm hoping that you'll be able to fix it.

I purchased 38 SoE gel packs together with a bottle of

Liquid Trust. The Liquid Trust came fine but I only received 18 of the 38 SoE gel packs that I've ordered. Order
