It has oil in the carrier so it

will. However I often apply to my undershirt at the neck line (don't care about the stain there).

If you

want the SOE vibe in an easier to spray and non-staining version (alcohol carrier), roll your own. Buy chem set nol

and rone, mix 4:1 and spray away.

Occassionally, I've not secured

the lid on the roll-on bottle, and noticed stains on the pocket that it was in. None have been permanent; they've

all come out in the wash. However, the only fabric that's been stained is denim, so I can't speak for finer

fabrics.
