It has come to my attention that not everyone completely

*gets* the discount coupon system. These are what you might call "e-coupons". They consist mainly of a password or

"code", which when placed in a special box during online order checkout, will cause a certain percentage of your

I live in a different time zone to most of you (+1300

gmt) and valentines was yesterday, My GF came over with her kids (she's polynesian and her family being straight

from the islands won't let her go on a date without supervision, even though she's 30!) I cooked dinner and we

watched "kung pow" possibly the funniest martial arts film i've ever seen.

The pheromones in Edge are identical

to NPA. Myself I really like the Heat version of Edge Essentials, but a lot of guys on the forum don't like it, so

be careful of my advice here. I like the scented Edge gel packets too; they last a long time and smell different

from the spray stuff somehow. Chikara is completely different in terms of the pheromones; you could try

that.

Well;
Here's the plan. I got 2

boxes of

Godiva

chocolates (http://www.godiva.com/catalog/collections.aspx?id=18&MCID=goo_F05_GodivaChoc_10&MCID2=Google&SRCH=1) and 2 hand made cards (professionally) from a specialty card store. This morning I made up two

custom bouquets at a florist shop that's holding on to them for me until I get off work tonight. I have

reservations for 7 people at this nice French restaurant (my GF's favorite) and we will be joined by my GF's

widowed (twice) 90-year-old mother and her (the GF's) two brothers with their GF's. Hopefully I'll get to the

restaurant early enough (we're meeting there) to put "Moms" chocolate, bouquet and card at the head of the table

and my GF's to her right so they'll be waiting when we're seated.

Now I know this wouldn't work with

20somethings who are at the age where they want to stay as far away from parents and siblings as possible, but at

our age, the "social proof" is going to be great. Here her mom and brothers want to hang out with me, great social

newsletter to the forum, Bruce. I too have not been receiving it any longer (as opposed to about three copies in the

past).

Valentine's? Dark chocolate! Better than green tea and red wine as far as antioxidants go. And...

yum...

Tip: If you buy chocolates online ("Pralines" as we call them in Europe) Leonidas has better ones than

Godiva for about half the price.

Lindt has some excellent dark chocolate in the stores here as well. But I

suspect they are not putting enough cocoa butter in it, so it ends up tasting a bit "chalky".

Well I got someone special a

diamond heart pendent, some chocolates and a nice teddy bear..

It went pretty well.

Of course one of my "targets"

doesn't like chocolate (except white...) so it's always fun on V-Day.

Plus I'm cheap. So I got each of my two

ladyfriends a bag of 99cent jelly beans (cherry, strawberry, vanilla - flavors they both like). At least they can't

accuse me of trying to *buy* their affections. And no favoritism. ;-P

(and I got them on sale anyway at 79 cents

each... nyuk nyuk)

I like the Japanese tradition better. On V-day it's the girls who give the guys chocolates.

Guys have a month till "White Day" (March 15th) when they can choose to reciprocate with white chocolates (or

similar). Or not.
