I would like to start a thread on

a ratings system for pheromone products, out of ten. Mine would be:

The Edge: 3
Scent of Eros:

5.5
Chikara: 4
Alter Ego: 7

Scent of Eros:Alter Ego: 7.5

Perhaps with enough replies I could

work out some averages and do a ratings list. Please include all products you have tried, not just the ones listed

above.

Thanks,

Matthew

Ok I'll play......
Anything

less than 5 on my rating doesn't work well enough.

NPA + APC + Cool Water: 10
NPA + SOE: 8
Chikara + NPA + AE

+ small lotion = 7

Stand Alone
AE: 6.5
NPA: 6.3
TE: 5.5
PI/m: 5.5
APC: 3.0
Chikara Scented: 3.0 (I hated

the smell)

Although I don't think this is a fair rating since the moment I started mixing, I hardly wore stand

alone products. Which means they didn't get enough testing on how powerful they are.

Yessss, but...

Because of our

different ages, sizes, personalities etc., what is a 7 for you might be a 2 for me and visa versa.

True. But he is going to average it out. It may prove interesting.

However, many of us are not

average (we're above average!). If the sample group is mainly young white males it will be largely invaild for

other races and age groups. To be meaningful the rating needs to consider age, sex, race and purpose (better

business relations, get laid, etc.). My rating is:

The Edge: 8
Scent of Eros: 10
Chikara: 0
Alter

Ego: 5
Perception: 0
IMPI: 5
NPA: 10

Geez Louise, it's not scientific. If

the guy is willing to take the average of everyone's score and come up with a number so what. It would be

interesting to see the numbers. Everybody is different. Shit, I'll bet you could have identical twins and the same

product might be different for both of them.

I'd be willing to bet that

with a large enough group your averages for all the different products will come out just about the same. This

isn't going to tell you anything, IMHO.

everything works different for everybody.

That's why I think a rating system

won't work. Even an averaged one. I've had my best success with Chikara and saw some potential in the spray

version of Perception. On the other hand, I feel AE was a waste of money for me. It all depends on the individual,

his body chemistry and application.

BTW, when I saw that Chikara was low in the ratings, I was tempted to do

my ratings just to prop it up. In other words, this isn't much more than a popularity contest, just like American

Idol or Dancing with the stars, but without the panel of judges to keep the popular vote in check.

There's a wide variability from person to person, but some products work more universally

than others (though it may not determine which products work best individually). I think this little survey could

help newbies see which products have the highest probability of working in a general sense...since so many of them

show up here asking which products work best. Once they get a better idea of how mones in general work for them,

they can decide which other products to pick up.

Age and race really should be accounted for, so a profile can be

built based on that, and people can better determine which products would work for their body type.

Simple

statistics could could actually be applied to forecast the probable effectiveness of a product

There is one

fault to this though...the sample space for the lesser used products (perception, WAGG, A1, Rouge/M, APC) is much

smaller, and less representative of the forum users as a whole....and the results of this survey based on those

products might not necessarily be accurate.

Matt,
You may want to

incorporate some type of "weighted" average. This will minimize the impact of single data points. (e.g. when one

person out of a hundred rates something as a 10, it shows up as a 10, whereas the weighted results would show that

only 1 person out of a hundred rating it as a 10.)
Unfortunately (and as others have implied) there may be too many

factors (e.g. age, race, etc) at play to make a simple average useful. Someone else in another thread tried to

collect more data to perform a multivariable analysis. This may be the way to go. Collect age, race, build, etc

along with these ratings. Pop the data into a statistical software like Minitab and voila! If someone decides to

go this route - please set up a spreadsheet first, so that all the data is in the same format from the get-go.

And by the way:
NPA 8 (I love getting the lady who cuts my hair all "upset" with NPA)
AE 6
I have also tried

some mixes with mixed results

I'd be VERY interested in

this thread if people said in addition to their scores their age/ethnicity versus their target group. If you put

this into subgroups, it would be useful. If not, I agree with Belg that it would probably just average out in the

end... Can you guys please edit your posts and put the additional info? thanks.

I agree..
But perhaps if

the testresults were divided into group of people of speciel age and/or build with perhaps so you could find a group

and see what works best for "your" group..

I would say put these info:
Age
Agegroup

target(so we perhaps could make a "newbie group" -> people who have only used pheros for a smaller

time)
Time using mones
Build
Time using mones
Race
Purpose (sexual/business or anything

else)
Sex
Days in the week you wear mones (if buildup could have an effect on it - I don't believe so much

in it but just good to have the info IF we should need it)Then put singleproduct in one group and mixes in

another (if there's enough with the same)
Perhaps also a purpose for the singleproduct as I have tried many

products but not all I would rate the same whether I would use it sexually or business or school..
So the same

product can have different rating depending on the purpose used in..
And I don't know if enviroment have anything

to say?

And the testresults should be shown with how many have voted to give this score like another said..

DrSmellThis

These numbers will end up to

be very deceiving for most people, because if a pheromone has its niche, who cares what its number is?

For example, although Chikara is rated low, it would never be out of my arsenal if I could afford it. People

don't know how to use it, IMHO. I've had some of my best results with it, although I wouldn't pick it as my

favorite standalone. THere are going to be products from the very bottom of the list, that if you knew how to

use them properly could surpass any product from the top.

Not to have an attitude, but I don't trust folks to

draw appropriate conclusions from this. If people read much into it, it may do more harm than good. YOu certainly

can't look at this data alone and conclude much.

There are other problems too. Be very, very careful and

thoughtful before concluding anything. These results are far from scientific for any purposes, for various

reasons because of the haphazard procedures used.

Having said all that, have fun. I'm not saying the data is

completely useless.

I can see a problem with

this.. If a product has a good image people will tend to buy it more and thereby only rate these products and create

a cycle.. Because newbies will look and see the score and buy that too and on it goes..
It could eliminate some

other great products from having so good a image for the newbies and could end up buying products that aren't good

for them just because many others have bought it..

And if a small amount have rated products like C7 and given it

a lower score it will cause others to be careful buying it.. And it could be very wrong because the rating for this

product would be lesser and lesser compared to others and thereby create an uneven margin in comparison..

I'm a 22 male, 9/10, 50% Italian,

white skin. I'm very blunt, so I usually say what's on my mind to people. The ladies that make me hard are the

darker colored skin(not black), dark hair, dark eyes, exotic look. I go after these type of women. Target ages are

older than me(25-32ish) but my girlfriend is 18 :p

I use Gravity cologne as a cover scent.

My mones:

SoE unscented: 8 Works well on any age group

Chikira unscented: 8 for ages 18-25; 4 for 25 older

NPA: 7

ages 18-25; 9 for 25 older

NPA is a weird one. I get diverse results. For some targets, it works like an 8 or 9

in the 18-25 age group.

Pheromax: Inconclusive, testing more.

just one pheromone:NPA (most None), SOE (80% Nol), A314 (80% Rone), A7 (86% None), A1 (all Androstadienone)! The

products with the most pheromones (Chikara) is rated mostly as not good!

Furthermore although TE and NPA have

the same chemistry, NPA was rated significantly better than TE! All who have rated NPA and TE has rated NPA better

than TE!

to compare many products

have a big disadvantage - so can it be that a product A is rated better (average rating) than Product B although all

who have rated both has rated product B over product A! This was happend for example with A7 and NPA! Although all

who have rated A7 and NPA have rated A7 over NPA, NPA has had a better average rating!

This problem can be

avoided when comparing two products directly! This means that when comparing one products with another one, only

ratings are valid which rates both products!

Brillant idea! Theres been too few

hit stories and product ratings as of late.

The past year I've been trying Impi (the blue dot one) and

depending on the situation it has been from a 6.5 to 7.5.

Girls are friendly with it on and often flirty. One of

my problems with it is I just don't enjoy the scent of it. I'm sure that one would be fixed with a different

bottle variety.

I'm placing a decent sized order sometime this week (waiting for b-nol to come back in stock)

Remember:10 is very good and 0 is inefficient.

My rating:
NPA + A1: 9 (very sexy, many looks and sometimes approching by women especially with women aged 30+, but sometimes below too) .

Epiandrosterone 9 (best single-molecule ever, best hits with women below 30, women are near by you, touching you and very long conversations)

Chicara 8 (Chikara is a little bit hit or miss with me. The best hit I ever had was with Chicara, When Chicara hits then blatant, but unfortunately sometimes it does not work) Apropos Chicara, I have heard that there are different Chicaras on the market, recognizable on the different caps - right or wrong?

Alter Ego 6: Depends on the location: 8 in techno/trance-discos, 5 in rock/heavy-metal-discos.

Alpha7 (A7) 5: I get respect from this and sometimes women 40+ are attractes by me, but not the bis hitter.

The edge: 3 Former one of my favourite. Nowadays Edge do not really many for me :(

Scent of Eros (SoE) 3: Its like with Edge. Former strong hits with this stuff. What remains is the nice scent.

By typing this, I realized I don't use many mones. But then again, you don't fix what isn't broken.

SOE Gel Pack: 3/10 I haven't used it in a while, and comparing the roll on to this is night and day.
SOE unscented roll: 9/10 this along with TE is my bread and butter. Everyone is more talkative around me when I have it so it's good for meeting new people.
SOE scented: 5/10 I wasn't a fan of the smell
TE: 9/10 pairing this with SOE makes it 10/10. Love using this when I'm at a bar, guaranteed for a good time

This is interesting! I have never used the bottle versions of TE and SoE. When I have worn TE- and SoE-gel packs many yeras ago, I have got blantant hits especially in combination of both (like you). Then suddenly SoE-gel-packs loses on effectiveness but the TE-gel-packs have still worked. Two years later, the TE has stopped working too.
You have wrote, that the SoE-unscented is much more better than the scented version. Is this because you do not like the scent or does the unscented version work better (better hits) too. And how is it with the Edge. Do you use the scented or the unscented version?

I don't remember the hits being any different, but I do remember not liking the smell. It didn't work with me at all. And I have edge unscented and I love it!

I've recently started using pheromones after taking a break. I have Edge Trust, Mojo Pro and Master Mini.

I have only tested Mojo Pro.

The scent is nice, but pretty strong when you first apply it. It does fadeaway away after about one hour and you smell the mones but just a little.

After about five days of using it (applying 2 and going up to five sprays) I didn't see any noticeable hits from people that I know or total strangers. The product is very small, you probably can get about 12 to 14 sprays out of it. I think the company should consider making 10ml or larger sprays and adding some other types of mones that will give it that extra kick.

In conclusion I rate Mojo Pro 2.5

Thanks for the review. I think we can expect a larger size version at some point.
