hi, i just

ordered the sample pack and a bottle of the AE phero, and iv just been checking out posts related to shipping to

canada.. it seems that there has been major problems regarding shipping "flammable liquids".. is there still a

problem? - - i paid to have it shipped via UPS Global Priority mail... i REALLY hope i didnt just waste my money on

something that wont get here..

oh, btw my order number is #19179

please tell me that i will still

recieve it :(

Hi Christine,

We are the ones

who have to worry. If anything happens to the shipment that is not directly your own "fault", we take

responsibility for the loss. Tammy knows more about the current shipping issues, but the worst that could happen is

they send the package back and you have to wait for a while before getting your money back.

Too soon to panic

though. BTW, Fed Ex ground is the safe way to ship to Canada these days.

Hi again,
I just ordered another AE phero bottle and this

time, instead I chose FedEX Ground Shipping, hopefully i'll recieve this one - if the other order that I put

through using UPS is denied...

Ethier way ill end up with something in a few days - - (if not both orders) :)

I hope Tammy replies as soon as possible...

BTW - Thanks Bruce for replying so quickly!

You are very welcome. You

shouldn't have any problems with Fed Ex ground.

Hey! I recieved my UPS

order today! After doubting I would recieve it; it seems that UPS works fine for shipping!... I suppose they just

didnt know what was in the package and let it pass through customs (I went onto the UPS website and did a careful

search and found that absolutely no liquids, in particular colognes/perfumes are banned substances) so it seems that

I was lucky this time through UPS - - from now on I'll be using FedEX

Well, now ill have 2 bottles of AE at

hand :)

Thanks VERY much Bruce for reassuring me and for the kind customer service!

I thing you mean USPS, no? The
