View Full Version : What's the best scent for covering pheromones but that has a subtle smell?
I'm looking for a scent, single essential oil or fragrance oil is fine, that I
can wear in high quantities enough to cover mones, but won't be regarded as invasive in the work place. In fact,
I'd prefer people to not notice that I'm wearing any scent unless they are in my personal space.
So
something that covers well, but isn't loud or noticable.

One man's heaven scent is
another's kitty wee, so you gotta go by the law of averages. If you don't mind smelling like an "earth daddy,"
patchouli will cover almost anything and lasts a long time. Clary sage has similar properties but really needs to be
mixed with a sweet EO so you don't smell like a Chinese herb store. Wood EOs like cedar and fir needle are manly
and cover well. Clove and cinamon are nice, espeically mixed with wood EOs.
The problem with pure EOs is they
irritate many folk's skin, so test it on a small patch of skin first. It's usually best to dilute EOs in a carrier
oil. All of the above, except patchouli, give me a terrible rash.

I still like the APC scent but
I cannot find anything that even remotely approaches its aroma. Does anyone know what the exact oil is they use?
