lack of sleep + chikara = Massive headache

Today i am experiencing one of the worst head aches ever. And it occurs about 30 min after chikara.

But im' sure its becaue of lack of sleep. but man does it feel bad.

id say it is a strong possibility it could be the chikara if it appeared a short time after you applied it. did you

try washing off the chikara?

i know if im not my usual self and apply ones it doesnt help my situation. of

course mones don't usually give me headaches. low blood sugar or lack of food on not enough sleep will make my head

split. usually eating something and a short nap helps.

I get headaches too for some

reason when I'm trying to OD with mones.

eat meat, especially beef. Must be an additive (preservative?) or something in the meat. Luckily I can pour on the

'mones without side effects (other than horny or talkative women).
