Click the "forgot password" link and

get a new password. Then cut and paste that into the login window from the email the cart sends you. The operator

problem, I can understand. I have been getting reports like that on and off and complaining a lot. Doesn't ever

seem to help. I'll forward your comments to the call-center and hope for the best.
