If you go the creatine

route, go for something that has creatine ethyl ester, creatine mono will bloat you up like no one's business.

Another option is NAG by SAN, it's N-acetyl-L-glutamine, you won't get sore, trust me on that.

id say do more strength work that

doubles as cardio - for my that involves lifting 130 pound on a dumbell 6-10 reps. Do that 3 tiems a week and the

extra weight pushes the heart rate up.

That's the simplest question

there is. The ANSWER: glutamine

This might not be the perfect forum to ask this

question but I noticed that quite a few of you work out, so here goes:

Does anyone have any tips or tricks on

how to prevent/reduce/minimize lactic acid build-up?

After slacking off for the summer I'm back to my routine

of 5-6 hours a week. The problem is that when I do strength training, I'm sometimes so sore the next day that it

gets in the way of my cardio. I don't mind the soreness because it proves to me that I did a decent job the night

before, but I hate being dragged down by sore muscles during cardio.

In the winter I'll get in the hot tub but

right now it's just too hot for that.
