Doing a web search is a better idea and you can do some research while your at it, just hit NLP or neuro lingistic programming and go from there.

Paul do you by chance still have the link to the website we were all checking out (going back some time) about NLP, it had all those downloads including one programme that is used while working at a computer? I can´t find the thread anymore.
