Primal Instinct Bottle

Hi guys, I

recently purchased a bottle of PI, and I have a problem with it. It seems the bottle opening doesn't let any of

the liquid come out. Even if I shake it hard upside down into my palm, nothing comes out. What can I do?

Stick a needle in its hole to

make sure it's not blocked up for strange and unknown reason. :think:

Mine took a while to form it's

first drop. It still takes 7-9 seconds to get a drop forming. I think it's the best built in dropper of all the

products because it gives slow uniform drops.
