Have any

of you tried this. It's supposed to mitigate emotional swings associated with PMS. My wife was interested in

buying some. (I've told her to order it already in any case) Since the topic seems tangentially related to stuff

on this site, I figured I'd see if anyone has any experience...

Hi SatyrBoy,

I found

this interesting link:
www.womenshealth.com/pms.
The science behind supplementation with natural

progesterone seems solid.
The name to Google for is "Dr Lee". He wrote a book about the pitfalls of "estrogen

dominance"

But your question was whether any of us had tried this. Sorry I haven't, so I cannot help you with

that.

I have not tried any

progesterone cream myself, and I don't know of anyone who has used that specific brand. But I have known several

women who had success with progesterone cream for that purpose.

I have found Realm for Women helpful for the

same thing, though (contains A-1 and costs about 16.95 at TJ Maxx), and it smells better to me if I mix it with

lotion before applying.

Thanks. I'll post in a month

or so and let you all know if it worked.
