Help with PI and APC

I\'ve been using PI and it hasn\'t work for me at all. I have used different ammounts and in different areas of my body but nothing works. Is there any reason for this? What is the most powerfull conbination of prducts guaranteed to give you results? is there something better than PI
I ordered a bottle of APC but I just read that it is not too strong. My bottle of PI still has almost a third of the oil. Should I mix add what is left to my bottle of APC or should I add APC to the bottle of PI?
Would mixing them up be any better?

First how much PI you using? Might be too much for you or too much for your age. Second I use a drop of PI on both sides of neck and cover with APC. Then use APC on wrists.

I\'m 22 and I have used 1, 2, 3, and 4 drops.
