I find that I usually have to

apply stronger doses than the recommended for best results as well... but then, Normally I am putting the mones on

because I am going out to a pub/sportsbar/club. One thing I have noticed is that even though I have read that the

mones last 4-6 hours, I have to reapply more often than that... sometimes as frequently as every two hours
