Lost 27000 points in my bank

Deposited some spare points that were on my account today into my bank, next thing I know, all 27000 points I had

in there disappear. I emailed Bruce, but no response yet. Just look at my Bank history and youll see that I never

did a withdrawl, and had around 27000 points. Can I get them back?

I went from 27000 points

in the bank to 11 points, and no indication of where or why my points disappeared. :(

Ok, now I went from 11

points in the bank to 0 points. Is no one gonna fix this?

Keep clicking random buttons

such as withdraw or deposit and then main bank home page and stuff. The total amount should be displayed.

Not keeping my points in

the bank anymore tho. Interest rate is too low to be worth anything and too much of a chance of it swallowing my

points again (it didnt even ask for ketchup last time, just swallowed them whole).
