View Full Version : Curious Question

I'm a newbie to

the pheromone game, therefore I don't know too much, so excuse this question if it's newbie-stupid. Do human

pheromones have any effect on animals? I'm not trying to attract animals or any sick shit like that, I'm

just curious because I know that animals use pheromones as well when they are trying to attract the opposite sex, so

I just was wondering if OUR mones have any effects similar to THEIR mones. This question is purely out of

curiosity, just so you know. Also, anybody know if they use the same mones, or different ones? Thanks

Do a search of the

forum. There is a thread or two with a few funny animal stories. Watch out for bees too, though I think it may have

been the fragrance I was wearing that attracted them more than the pheromones did.

Human pheromones are

different from animal ones. Though some erroneous information out there claims that the only available mones are

from pigs.

revolting thought, having mones from a pig.....I searched for animals, didn't find anything. hmm, i'll try animal

stories, i guess. Thanks for replying!

Needing a break

after helping my dad with his "new" laptop (a factory refurbished Thinkpad with Windows 98 that wasn't sent with a

floppy drive), I needed a break so did a search on "animal." I was thinking of these particular threads when I

posted earlier.

Really, really . . . weird hits. (http://pherolibrary.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3056)

My friend you are mistaken according to the

experts on the forum, in other words -none is -none no matter what animal it comes from it's the same thing. The

ratio's may be different but any mone by name is the same.

Erroneous: Contaning or characterized

by error : mistaken

From a site selling Attract-Rx (link omitted in respect to Love Scent

rules):

Virtually all pheromone colognes and sprays are comprised of the following:

pig

pheromones (yes, PIG pheromones, as in "oink-oink")
Synthetically engineered pheromones (a fancy term for fake

pheromones)
or pheromones extracted from human cadavers (pheromones from DEAD PEOPLE)

That's right...

pigs, fakes and dead bodies!
Tell us, do you really think that pig pheromones will help you become more

attractive? Well, unless your goal is to attract farm animals, the answer is obvious.

And do you think that

pheromones extracted from dead bodies will help you get laid? Not likely. In fact, most women find secretions from

dead humans to be quite a turnoff.

And as far as synthetic (or fake) pheromones are concerned, there's

absolutely no scientific evidence to suggest that they work at all. Not only that, it would be impossible to develop

a unique synthetic pheromone for every person, so that's not even a realistic option.

So this site,

which sells pills that allegedly help you produce more of your own natural pheromones, claims that the only

effective pheromones are from pigs, which attract other pigs. And synthetic mones, such as the ones sold at Love

Scent, have no scientific evidence behind them. And then they imply something totally outlandish, that some

pheromone products are manufactured from dead humans!*

Again, Erroneous: Contaning or characterized by error

: mistaken

I had never seen the cadaver claim before but have seen the pig pheromone issue elsewhere. Both

Erox and the Athena Institute make similar claims about nol and none. They have an agenda to push their own products

though.

So I think you misunderstood my post. I was trying to say above that there were claims from some

sources that the only effective pheromones were manufactured from pigs and were ineffective on

humans.
