What to use?

Hey guys, this is my

first post and I'm going to try experimenting with mones in a few short days. Anyway I just ordered the sample pack

yesterday and I'd like to know what would be a good starting point for a newbie such as myself. A little about

myself, 5'10, 185...pretty athletic build. Any suggestions at all will help. Thanks
