It means 30% of the final mixture. So that could be 3 drops of apc and 7 drops of npa, OR it could be 3 ml of apc and 7 ml of npa. You can use any measuring system as long as you end up with a final potion that is 30% apc, leaving 70% to be npa.

I thought it was 30% NPA and 70% APC (?).

You\'re right. It is 30% NPA and 70% APC. That\'s the mix. But what Bruce is saying is in the end 30% of your final mix will be NPA and 70% of it will be APC.

So following the logic, three drops of NPA, then seven drops of APC. Mix well and apply.

Hi,
Actually, I didn\'t pay much attention to which was which, I was just trying to explain the logistics of what 30% of one thing and 70% of another thing means. That wasn\'t clear to the original poster. I think in the instructions that go with the NPA it uses the terminology like: \"1 part X to 3 parts Y\". I get a lot of mail asking me how much a \"part\" is.
Cheers,
Bruce

3/10 of the mix is NPA

7/10 of the mix is APC
