So has people been mixing TE, AE, NPA, and cologne in a bottle? Many cologne bottles come in sprays that are sealed. Are there cologne bottle sprays that unscrew? Any recommendations?

I think most cologne\'s are alcohol based, so it would mix better with NPA and TE, right? Is AE (oil w/ ethanol base) designed to be mixed with colognes in a bottle and sprayed out?

truth,

AE is way too good as a free-standing product. It can be used in combination with other products by applying separately, as its scent is mild and yielding, but don\'t try physically mixing it with anything!

Besides the scent factor, AE contains Essential Oils which will likely be adverse to mixing.

NPA is the smart choice for mixing with cologne.(AFA is good as well.) If you add TE to cologne, you\'re adding a lot more alcohol to a fragrance whose alcohol content is already carefully balanced.

Plus, if you have NPA and you\'re dying to know what TE is like, just add 3 parts Ethanol (grain alcohol) to 1 part NPA and you\'ve got TE! But you can\'t do the converse by evaporating TE, because the Pheros will evaporate too!
