How much to use with the free packs?

guys! Just a quick question, if this is posted somewhere just post where and I'll check it out.

I just

recieved yesterday the free pack. Eager to use it I chucked on half of the gel pack of SOE. I applied to my wrists

and to my neck. Only used half the gel pack as this is what it said in the note with it. Got some good results, will

share them later when I post my whole list of hits.

Anyway, wondering how much to use with TE, Chikara and

AE?

You're better off to do a

search yourself. A lot of people have made comments about how much they use. In the end, it's pretty much up to you

but you are better off starting small and working your way up.
