I am wondering what

people here have done in the wake of the tsunami tragedy.

Also, what are some charities that we can

trust to give to, who can't we trust?

Oh yea, that initial 35 million proved what a prick bush is.

A local radio station in the

dallas area is doing a charity promo thing, nothing is being taken for operating costs. They set up at different

malls and collect money which will be sent through charity organizations to the victims. Both I and my company have

donated money through them.

Money is the best thing to donate if you can. Shipping clothes and food is expensive

but transferring money is cheap.

I'm pretty surprised at how little I've heard from people about this on the

forum. It is the worst natural disaster on record with over 150,000 dead and still climbing.

BTW, the link has been reguarly promoted by AOL rather prominently, so I

tend to trust it.

It's always good to help, but I

remember hearing, last week, that there has been so much money donated, that they are now sending money to other

charities for other reasons. Annnd, where there is money, there will always be thieves.

I just hope the money

that all these countries have donated, none has been spent on land, homes, cars, or gone into the bank accounts of

the greedy, but used on the needy.
