how do you use NPA?

I was surprised to

not see a dropper come with my NPA bottle. It just has a plastic piece on the opening with two holes in it like the

opening to a soy sauce bottle.

How do you use it? Do you turn the bottle upside down on a finger and then smear

some on that way? Or do you just turn the bottle upside down and just let some drop onto your wrist?
