How come it does not contain
etiocholanolone?

So far, the only information on
etiocholanolone as a putative pheromone has been in conjunction with male sexual orientation. It might someday make
sense to put it in a product meant to attract homosexual males, but there's no indication yet that it would enhance
a woman's scent signature. Compared to copulins, I would not expect etiocholanolone to do much.

Are the only A/E ratio comparisons
between hetero and homosexual males?

The comparison included females;
the homosexual males had a ratio similar to that of females.

So you don't think etiocholanolone
will basically do much because it is pretty much constant in women and men, and the androsterone is the only
significant variable?

Etiocholanolone levels appear to be
higher in homosexual males compared to heterosexual males, so the A/E ratio may vary simply because of the increased
E, which makes it a significant variable. However, androsterone is the part of the ratio that is known to have
androgenic effects, associated with masculine characteristics. I think that increasing androsterone makes more sense
than altering the A/E ratio by including etiocholanolone when trying to acheive a more masculine scent signature.
Copulins alone have been shown to increase testosterone in men, so why mess with additional unknowns like the A/E
ratio factor in a formula for women?
