Water Ionizer usage..?

ordered my first water ionizer in the beginning of this week and am now awaiting it's arrival :)

While waiting

I am trying to figure out how to make best use of it when I get it, so therefore it would be great if those of you

familiar with it could list your most common uses with the alkaline/acidic water..

And how does your body react

to suddenly getting much higher PH values from the water? I read there are steps for the water ionizer strenght, so

that you can let your body get used to it and not start at the strongest pH.. So how will I know if I should

increade/decrease the strenght?
