Perception bottle half empty

Hi Bruce. I have gotten my order of Perception and Pheros last week, but the small bottle of Perception

is half empty. The box it came in, instructions and bubble wrap were soaked, but it smelled

nice!
I have emailed you about it twice, but I don't know if you have gotten it yet. What

should I do about this bottle?
