Never heard it called plaquex

but there is tons of information on phosphatidylcholine. Also called lecithin. You can buy supplements of it

cheaply jsut about anywhere.

I don't think there's anything revolutionary about it, except it seems they have

it in a liquid form that can be introduced intravenously.
Big deal, our bodies absorb it well enough from food.
