:-( Just received perception 50% gone

I just received my perception today, I opened the packaging and I smelled it and I could smell the fragrance quite

distinctly. I then took off the black plastic that goes over and, and :-( half of the fragrance and the pheromones

were gone. Is there anything you can do bruce?
