I ordered Preception last
Friday. I ordered via telephone because I could not order on line. (I don't know what the problem is but I cannot
order on line) Could someone tell me if this order was accepted. I gave my credit card number over the phone. I
ordered the Preception special.

Depending on what
time on Friday you ordered, your order was shipped either that same day, Friday, or yesterday, Monday, unless there
were some problem with your order, in which case, someone would have contacted you assuming we have your phone
number or email address. If you want to make sure, please send an email with your full name (asking about your
order of course) to:

Again, I am having trouble with
the internet connection to your site. Could you look up an order for Preception. I cannot log onto your support
URL. The reason I didn't think the order took is because I don't see the charge on my credit card.

am going to need more than a first name and the name of a product. You don't have to log into the site. Just send
Tammy an email (address above). If you tell her your full name, she can handle it in 10 seconds.
