Greetings

:)

First of all let me say that you guys did a brilliant job with the website.

All the informations are

within reach at one place and the ordering is absolutely a pleasure to go through :box: .

Recently on 11 Oct

2004 I ordered Perception from you.

There was some problems on PayPal site at that moment and my Order #3698

status was "Pending" in my account.

I emailed your support to ask if they receive any payment from my side and

Tammy replied promptly that no payment was received.

About 24hrs later, PayPal site was up and running again and

I made the payment to bruce@love-.....com .

I then emailed Tammy again,

with the latest receipt, for confirmation if they receive my payment from PayPal for Order #3698 but have yet to get

a reply back.

My apologies for all the trouble guys. Hope that there was nothing wrong with the PayPal transfer

after their system glitch on Monday.

If you need any information to look into this small issue, please do PM or

email me.

original issue here was actually settled yesterday. Both Tammy and I wrote the customer today to get it all

straight.

Bruce and Tammy had been very helpful in resolving this small confusion.

Furthermore, the issue arises from

elsewhere and also partly my mistake for being too eager to get my "Perception" after all the reviews I heard about

it here!

I salute the people at Love Scent for their brilliant customer support which got all things straighten

out in a jiffy.
