who sent private greetings and those who left greetings here. 'Tis a pleasure and an honor to be able to call so

many of you friends.

I am informed that I have plans for tomorrow but haven't been told what they are other

than being assigned the task of providing a huge quantity of barbecued ribs (6 racks). The back yard and kitchen

have been off-limits all day and Jessica has been busy creating mouth watering smells. Several friends have been

coming and going all day but they won't tell me anything either, I think she may have threatened them with bodily

harm. You know how those redheads can get :)

For tonight, since the kitchen seems to be otherwise unusable, we

are going out to a comedy club. I do this with a certain amount of trepidation as the last time we went there she

set me up and I ended up on stage.

I'm off Thursday & Friday so I'm very happy about that. This year I've been invited to

my relatives home. One of my uncles is married to a nice lady and she is Cambodian. She has a large Family and they

all gather at their home and everyone helps in the kitchen I can't tell you how much I enjoy being around them and

trying to help. Although I don't understand one word they are talking about the whole atmosphere is great because

they all are so nice and friendly plus I enjoy watching them make all that good food. I learned how to make homemade

egg-rolls and shrimp stir- fry (mmmm mmm) they always have a variety of Cambodian food (love it). They also

Turkey,gravy etc,etc but this year we are adding a touch of Mexican flavor too!! I'm making tamales. Okay, I'm

getting hungry now LOL... Omg I know after the Holidays I better hit the Gym every day for at list a month to lose

all the extra lbs I'm going to put on during the Holidays!!:eek: (ugh)

festive even though this Holidays things will not be the same for my Family...:sad: anyways...

cakes,, Bel do you have a good recipe for banana nur breaf? for Xmas this year I'm not buying gifts I'm makinng

baskets full of goodies for my friends and family. The whole idea of this is to save me some

ca$h and yet have fun with my kid making cookies and stuff =)
