Hello I recently

placed an order for chikara cologne and the newbie combo( I used the 50% coupon). The order seemed to have gone

through( I did get an email and my debit card was charged) but when I go to the "account history" all that is there

is the free samples that I ordered about two weeks ago but there is no mention of my new order. Is this normal? What

is the status of my order? Thank You!

I think everything is probably fine.

My guess is that you placed the new order without logging in. So many people were getting freaked out about the

log-in system, that we decided to make it optional, and as much as possible almost invisible. So, now what seems to

happen is folks forget they have an account, start shopping and check out without realizing that they are not logged

in. I'm guessing that is what happened, but if you would like to find out for sure, write
