more point problems

wierd. when i first logged on today, it said i have 316 points next to my name in the forums. when i went to the

bank it said i had 316 points to spend and 3582 in the bank. when i went to fill out how much i wanted to deposit,

i put 316 and it said you only have 8 points to deposit. its as if 308 of my points just dissapeared in the blink

of an eye!! what could have caused this?? im not sure who looks into this but i would appreciate a response to let

me know whats going on and how this can be corrected.

I'm here, but I'm not sure what

could have caused it. I was talking with Webby about it and he seemed to think that the system freaks out with

extremely large transactions, but that can't be the case with your problem. Now one other thing that came up is

the radical reduction of the bank interest rate. I set it at 2%, stupid me, thinking that that was the *annual*

interest rate, which is of course, compounded every day. It turns out that that was the *daily* rate!!!!

Apparently, that is part of how folks were able to amasive such huge fortunes within a matter of months.



Anyway, I am grasping at straws here, but maybe my dropping it down by such a huge leap caused some

problems. I still have quite a bit in the bank and it is still quite a bit more than I put in, maybe double! Nice

bank, huh?

Wish I could tell you more. Keep an eye on it and see if it comes back, and let me

know.

You lose points for receiving

negative reputation and playing in the arcade. I cannot remember if you lose points for having a post deleted

(losing whatever points you gained) or if it stays, but they could all be reasons for you losing points.

i had 308 points dissapear

instantly, so unless there is some anti-sonic group im unaware about, then thats not the reason. i dont play in the

arcades either. it seemed like a glitch when it happened and bruce pretty mcuh confirmed that. i just want my 308

points back :(....
