Ordering by phone

I could

also use some feedback about the call center. If you have ever placed an order by phone, could you post your

experiences here please. Where they friendly/helpful?
Did they know anything about the products?
Did they

know anything about pheromones in general?
Did they make suggestions?
Anything else?

she answered the phone very

nicely like, "love-scent phoromone products, my i help you." i just called them to see if i could still use my

coupon over the phone, and she didnt sound exactly sure, she said, "probably." i asked her if chikara was still on

sale and she asked me how to spell it (i didnt know that she worked for a third party that just takes orders, i

assumed she was a lovescent employee.) when i asked her how long lovescent has been around she said she wasnt sure,

but they have taken quite afew orders for them (lovescent) for a while now..
