I've bee taking bee pollen and royal jelly for about a week now and I have got alot of energy now.

The bee pollen should be sweet and soft. Not hard and crunchy because that means it has been dried w/

heat but it still has real good health benefits.

Local pollen is the best,

because it also helps with allergies. I try to go to the local farmer's market to get some.

is what I am currently doing and it seems to work for me. My BP is 131/84 as of last check up and my cholestrol was

145. I sleep 5-6 hours per night and am rarely not in a good mood or sick. Although my weight is 20 pounds over what

the charts say I should be, my body fat is about 17% which is fine for my age group.

EXERCISE!!!!! 3-4X a week

for 1-2 hours at the dojo.
Don't eat fast foods and drink in moderation.
Protien shake w/oatmeal and berries for

breakfast
Rarely eat a large meal, graze on fruits and nuts most of the time.
Lots of water
high potency multi

vitamin daily
Tribex 2 caps 2X daily 4 days a week.
L-Arginine 1 gram daily
Inositol 3 grams daily
DMAE H3 150

Milligrams daily
Study something new at least a few hours every week to keep the brain active.

The most

important thing of all though, is ATTITUDE! Remember to laugh and play daily. Smile and have fun as often as

possible.
