iI don`t

type very well so I don`t post very often,but i read the forem every day.
I have a ?,, of course.. I have tryed a/

e alone, did nothing for me, I tryed soe alone it seemed to work ok, then I tryed soe, a/e and te togeather, they

worked well.
Now I have chikara and i am thinking about adding that to the mix, has anyone ever tryed the 4 at the

same time, any help will be recieved with thanks.

Prior to Chikara I wore a combo

of AE/TE/SoE with good results. Chikara with TE beats it hands down in my case.

What seems to work well for me

is three sprays of Chikara from about a foot away so it lightly covers from my chin down and one light spray of TE

the same way.

My t/e is the jell pack`s

so i will have to smear it on,,I have wondered about the diff. between the a/e spray and the jell pack,,,How much of

the jell pack would be a spray?????/

I don't really know because I

don't like the gel packs and don't use them. Your best bet is to err on the side of too little. Try 1/4 - 1/3 pack

to start.
