I am getting those almost every day myself. If anyone wants to go to the trouble to find out who is actually selling that stuff, we can complain to the manufacturer, and maybe we can get their supply cut off. It may be the manufacturer themselves.

Checkout Spamcop. I process all my spam thru that website. It is a little time consuming but I find it satisfying.

Go get \'em,

Thanks for the tip Bruce. Do you find that it actually helps cutting down on the rubbish? I wish there was an effective legal way of getting rid off these people responsible.

Hi,
It helps cut down on the load quite a bit and is a real thorn in the side of the spammers. Another reason I do it though, is that one of these days everybody will report all their spam to the offending ISPs and then we will see an end to spam altogether. They just couldn\'t handle that much incoming mail.
Give it a try. I just use the free version of the service. That\'s good enough. Make sure to set up a disposable e-mail account just for processing the complaints (Yahoo, Hotmail etc). They will explain that to you at SpamCop. Just follow the instructions.
Cheers,
Bruce

Using msn hotmail is a pain in the ass as well, you block em and block em and get a list 1000 addresses long and they still keep sending them, i considered sending if i could find one a virus back to these people to blow up their computers but alas i couldnt so im guessing annoying messages could do the trick.

I say we boycott APC completely - it\'s a crap product anyway, and sold by a bunch of unethical A**holes. I just confirmed on my package (admittedly I too fell into the trap a few months ago) that their concentration is only 0.0225 milligrams per Liter. Man, what a rip-ooff! images/icons/mad.gif

Petition to Boycott, anyone? images/icons/laugh.gif

Hi Cruiser,

The first step would be to write to the manufacturer. They are probably going to be concerned about the bad publicity. If they don\'t respond, THEN boycott. Also, it is possible they aren\'t doing the spamming themselves, and even possible they don\'t even know about it. It may even be a bootleg version of the real apc and they have nothing to do with it at all. Personally, I don\'t think there is much chance of the last one, but it is possible. Probably some company bought a truckload of apc and is selling it entirely thru mass spamming. These are the real swine. The company that makes apc is called IPD and they are located in Witchita, KS. I can post the exact address if anyone wants to write them. Does anyone know where the spammer\'s product is being shipped from?

Well, the mailorder address for Luvoil is in NY. But that´s not the site the spamming comes from.(I think)

YUP! You were right Bruce; Wichita, KS - that\'s where mine says to send the dough for mail orders; looks like it IS the manufacturer! (in this case anyway...) Man, that\'s crappy! images/icons/mad.gif

Gee, and I was only gonna post a quick blurb about the 1-oz bottles for sale at ONLY $49 each... HAHAHAHAHahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!

FWIW, it\'s at: http://www.thisproductworks.com/go2/faq.htm (\"http://www.thisproductworks.com/go2/faq.htm\")

And of course, EVERY testimonial alludes to the wearer being almost unable to leave the house...

They stole some of those testimonials form love-scent!!! images/icons/shocked.gif

Bruce have a look at that site and read the `testimonials´! I´m sure I recognized 2 or 3 and the ones you had/have on the main page were not even about APC!

Unbelievable or WHAT!?!

The makers of APC seem to be not trustworthy at all. They misuse peoples trust by spamming them after they got their mail addresses and they use faked testimonials, stolen (?) from Bruce\'s website. Are they cheating on us???

So what shall we think about their produtcs? How trustworthy can they be? Why should they not cheat there as well?

Does anyone of us now still think that there will be ANY pheros in APC?

And even if there are some in APC, a 0.0225mg/l (sounds like a joke...) is next to nothing, it is 0.000675 mg per bottle of 1oz (or 0,0003375) per 0.5 oz bottle APC. images/icons/mad.gif
Compare it to PPA from Stone or to Primal. PPA contains 2.25 mg per bottle for $25: Stone gives 6,666 times more A\'none for a lower price (if didn\'t miscalculate it). So APC quite expensive for a nice (??) smell.

Bruce, could you please add to your website the information about the amount of A\'none in APC given on the bottle (an unbelievable 0.0225mg/l)? Would make it easier to compare products before buying them.
