Anyone know a quick way

of learning japanese? I know there is no way of cheating your self through it but there must be easier ways. I have

no time to take classes though. My cousin is marrying into a japanese family and it would be kind of weird not being

able to speak to some of their family members.

I downloaded "Power Japanese" and learned all the Hiragana

characters in 1 day. My minds hungy and needs direction, any suggestions??

I found some "Pimsleurs"

Japanese lesson Mp3's on Shareaza, pretty good stuff. I'll probably end up buying the cd's/tapes.

Where can I

find these things?Find one of those big B Dalton bookstores. They always have a language section with books

and tapes.

just saw an add from a

company called Rosetta Stone. They offer coarses for many different languages. Sounds like it would work but the

coarse is a little pricey.

Yes! They do have beautiful hair...

and eyes and cheek bones and? Anyway to help me learn Japanese I was going to join the Japanese Finder Club.

Well, I must confess its was only out of pure desperation for the language, yeah right! But I sort of think it too

expensive.

I've read about that somewhere. You put up an AD requesting a japanese woman for

friendship, love or japanese practice right? I don't know if I would go to that extreme, but I will probably end up

marrying a japanese woman. They really do have beautiful skin..

For the person that mentioned Rosetta stone, I

already tried that software. It's just sorta slideshows with pictures which you click and it tells you what they

are. Ex. a picture of a kid: otokonoko, cat: neko, dog: inu ect... It's good for when your starting to learn random

objects but it's no help when trying to form sentences for converstations ect..
