Chikira and pain relief.

I have had

this pain and swelling in my wrist for two years, everytime I work out I have to wrap my wrist to keep from hurting

it more.
This is strange and there may be no conection but after using chikara about the second day in a row I

noticed the pain has totally disappeared. No pain,no swelling.
I dont know what else it could be but the chikara,

I havent changed anything else.

strange.

BTW yes I have gotten some good results from chikara

also.

I too

have noticed p...ain relief with Chikara. I have had this annoying headache for a month or two and as soon as I

would apply Chikara after a small while I noticed that the headache would simply disappear and I wouldnt notice it

anymore. (See My Thread Called Move Over Tylenol... Chikara is on the Shelves)

Anyway I personally think that it

had to do with tension and that the mones or maybe the scent of Chikara relaxed me and whatever I was anxious about

subsided. So yeah I believe you when you say that Chikara helped relieve your pain cause it has mine.
